Upwing uses this site to run its scholarship application and review process. This page explains, in plain terms, what we store and the cookies we use.
Cookies
We use a single, strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in (an httpOnly session cookie). We do notuse advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. Because that cookie is essential to the service it doesn't require a consent banner — you can clear it any time by signing out.
What we store
The information you enter in your application (personal, academic, and financial details), any documents you upload, and your account email — used only to assess and administer scholarships.
AI processing
To save time, uploaded marksheets may be processed by an AI service to extract and categorise their contents. A human always reviews the result; the AI never makes a decision on its own.
